Rubric Conversion? Pros and Cons and Converters

Fairfax County Public Schools has created rubrics for their second language students.  Note the conversion charts and scoring sheets to help convert scores from a point-based analytical rubric to a grade. In addition, there is a conversion of percentage scores to gradebook points chart available. Regina Public Schools also has a webpage full of rubrics for various curricula.  What's really nice is most of them are downloadable in Microsoft Word. Happy assessing!
